so it got here the other day, I'm gonna be putting it on tomorrow morning. But i called one of the shops near by and they want $300 to jet it, is that a normal price nowdays? for some reason i remember it being less expensive.

 

get a jet kit. dynojet has a desent set up and it comes with everything you need, stage 1 or 2 would work for you.

 

if you dont mind my asking, whats the diff. between stage 1 and 2?

it makes a difference in what your running too as far as air filter and stuff too.

 

I'm hoping people will reply to this even though im putting it in my old post. ive been looking for jet kits and dynojet doesnt seem to have the stage 2 kit for mine. I was looking at this one http://www.ivansperformanceproducts.com/zx9r.htmdoesnt say what stage it is, wondering what you guys think? and where would be agood place to get a 4 degree ignition advancer? I found one and its by factory tuning... need some opinions.

Factory Pro is a reputable company. Never played with advancers, modified my existing or degreed my cams in accordance. Vance and Hines had something similar (may still have). Now I am stuck in the programming era on one of the rides.
