Parts arrived today. Had to use the stock caps though. Fired right up and ran great for a while. Sounds like we might have fouled out atleast one plug. My buddy forgot to gap the plugs. They require .35 instead of .8.

So here's the deal. Took the plugs out. all look bad. Gapped the new ones to .035. Fired right up. Ran good for like 5 sec. Then all the sudden bam runnin like crap again.
The bike has a jet kit, pipe and now coils. Anybody got any ideas??

The whole time the bike was down, never even thought about it. Pulled it apart tonight and it really needs one. Dont think that's part of the issue right now though. Pulled the wires off to check the spark. How bright should it be. I really didn't see anything.

Well Dragone you are right on the spark related issue. The plugs for 1 & 4 carbon, 2 & 3 wet with gas. Tried a bunch of things last night. Turns out there is no power coming out of the right side. There is power going intothe coil though. So it's only running on two cylinders.

So just for $%@% and giggles i hooked up the old coil. Got the same thing. Only firing on 1 & 4. Getting very frustrated at the bike right now.
