no sir.. bleed em just like you would a brake system.
pump up... hold... crack the bleeder... close the bleeder... repeat.
vac or gravity bleed it if theres NO fluid in there.. if not, the master will NEVER get the fluid to the slave cylinder.
and sadly, theres no adjustment on the clutch. well....
make 100% sure the little spacer thingy on the end of the pushrod under the slave is present.. it shoulda been machined as one piece, but kawi stupidly made them separate, or at least they shoulda made them threaded.. that would adjust it.. that little push rod end slides off easily tho.. thus my reasoning to state this..
you CAN shim that out a tiny, tiny bit, but i don't know if i'd suggest it.. you'd hafta remove the clutch cover and feller gauge the pressure plate tto make sure you're within spec.
about the only adjustment you have is that little dial on your lever (if you DO have it.. lol)

The good thing is that the hydraulicslave and roddoes not wear much at all. Bleed it like you would your brake system like wh mentioned. I would not shim it, keep clean fluid and a filled resevoir. Use moly on metal to metal surfaces. You should have no issues.
