Default Changing front brake fluid

This is the first bike I've had where there are 2 calipers up front. My front brake fluid was pretty nasty so tonight I hooked up the tubes and changed the brake fluid out. It appears I got the fluid changed ok as it looks clear and the bubbles are out, brakes are working good. But I didn't touch the caliper on the left side - is that OK? I rode the bike and the fluid is clear and the brakes are working, but I want to make sure I'm not screwing up.

thanks!

calipers collect air bubbles too! If you did not touch one caliper, then you are still running contaminated fluids.
