DATS RITE!!!

i hear stories of 400Hp.. not sure i can pull that off with the budget, since this is the po' white trash turbo buildup, and i'm making damn near EVERYTHING, so it keeps costs down.
i may just build for around 300.. or maybe later say F it and see if i can torture the dyno. (i'm looking at buying one.. maybe i can torture my own soon..)

crank it to 30psi and run it!! lol
the most powerful 750 in the world.

for about 12 seconds.

Nice pics wh. Your static balancer is nicer looking than mine! lol Not sure on what you use for your piston stands, but a 1/4-3/8" hollow tube works, bent in a U shape, dang those stock alternators look huge!

come on over ez!!

ESPECIALLY if you'd like to pick up the $600. tab for new low-comp JE slugs..lol [8D]

ted, that alternator actually is pretty small!.. big for a bike i guess..

30.7A@14.4V at 6000rpm is whats called for in the specs on that little gem.
as far as the balancer, yeah.. i'm proud of that one! lol

milled and drilled it on the Fadal 5020. stationary mount held with 1/4-20 and movable mount held with 1/2-13. 6061 T651 base, mounts and stands.

made it collapsable to tote it to the races.

i have yet to use it tho.. the wheel alighnment tool has already more than paid for itself. they're like $30. somethin new.. i did that on the clock..LOL.. so i made money making that thing..

i'll keep the pics coming and the progress on this EFI crap updated.. i'm sure theres gonna be some crazy crap made when i go to do the trigger coil and cam sensor switch mounting!! lol

supposedly, the cam sensor makes one pulse for every 720* of crank rotation, and the crank makes 24 pulses per every 360* or rotation.. so i'll have fun figuring out how to make all this work for a motor not designed for use with a 24 pin crank sensor (zero-crossing reference) and a cam sensor.

may make another trigger coil cover and mount the new one to the cover instead of the motor.. not sure yet how big the coil is, as i have yet to obtain the 636 or 10-R running gear i desire.

i'll have fun with this one, i'm sure..lol [8D]

lol

i have alot of planning to do. i think i might have to get UBER techincal.
the ECU i think accounts A/F in each gear independantly on the FPM acceleration speed of the pistons.

...meaning the computer knows that under w.o.t, the piston in first gear will accelerate faster than it would in 5th gear, therefore, to stave of detonation, the A/F is corrected to eliminate ping.

at least that MY theory thus far.
if thats the case, i gotta find out what formula and acceleration tables kawi used, and what the weight difference is between the pistons THEY based for the constants in their programming, and what my new slugs will weigh, then program a corrected difference in the ECU.

just that alone..

lol

let alone the cam sensor fiasco, how ima get the crank sensor and rotor on and in time..

i got alot of machining and fabrication to do i think.

i want to say it'll be worth the "wow" factor to those who recognize how exotic the set-up will be,.

stil, its been a pain in my ****.

i keep playing with numbers.. 250 Vs. 300 hp, and what i'll get at the crank and wheel..

lol. i want a liter eater. its that simple. i think i can pull it off.. timewill tell..
