Default 1990 zx7 and 1996zx7r

hey i got a 1990 zx7 h2 and a 1996 zx7r, so far i have been able to completely put all the fairings and tank from the 1996 onto the 1990 it looks really good, but what else is interchangeable? motor? forks? rims? swing arm? stuuf like that any help would be great

hmm, a vernier is cheap. Kinda sounds like you do not need any assistance.

well im really just lazy and i dont want to take forks and swing arms off both bikes to try and see if they fit, i would rather do some research and see if anyelese have done it b4 i try it. i will getpics soon

I have not experimented on my h2 with a newer style look. Sometimes, I think about it, but the hoover tubes are still there. lol

i kept all my original stuff so i can put my hoover tubes back on if i want

the hoover tube machine still has 156mph in 5th, so I have been hesitant to change much.

i wanna say that most everything is interchangeable.. isaw a 7 with 12-R forks on it.. looked perfect on it as well.... might try to see if i can start experimenting myself...

take some measurements first if you are concerned. chances are it will fit. companies don't change things too much if they can help t because interchangable parts make manufacturing a lot cheaper.
