hey guys i got a good deal on a semi new yoshi but the guy lives a litle far away from me. he tells me its fro a 98-02 and he read it to me from the original pakeging. my bike is a 2000 zx6r and the part 3 he gave me is zx648s0cx. he said its crome but can anyone clarify for me i did a search but i cant find that part #. thanks guys

 

did you check the yosh site ? if noone does it by the time i get back ill look into it for you.

 

well i loked again for that part number he gave me but i came up with nothing i did find this number tho ZX649SO which is the ss rs3. i might of herd him wrong but thanks guys. also since its a bolt on do i need a pcIII or rejet or will it be fine?. also a stupid noob ? i bought this bike used so it did not have a manual also my own first bike, i learned on my friends 250 he let me borrow for a year. on the ignition it has on of but what is the lock and that lil p sign at the bottom. just dont laugh yet, ill come up w/ more q later

 

a pc is recamended but is not needed. it will help in the long run though. i dont have one now but plan on ordering one from chromewhore as soon as get the funds.

on the ign. if you turn the bars full lock left and turn the key to "lock" it locks the bars so you can not turn them.

the "P" turns the parking lights on. i never used this feature on any of my bikes so forget its there. you only have about an hour before your battery dies with the key in park.

sorry i didnt get back to the yosh pipe last night, i was busy screwing around. best thing to do is call the tech line at yosh, those guys are good and can give you a definite answer.

 

well guys i picked it up and i saw the box my self it was the zx648s0 which is the cyclone exhaust. well long story short i picked it up for a mere 50.00 dlrs had to drive 2.5 hrs but well worth it. its a bolt on but it was brand new still in the box just used for 3 days and the guy sold the bike. he even gave me the receipt he payd a lil over 300.00 dlrs ill post picks of it as soon as i charge my digi.

 

Wow... killer deal! $50 for a $300 exhaust. Congrats.
