i have the exhaust on the way for 05 636. i looked on their website at the instructions and confused about step 11. http://www.twobros.com/Cust_Service/...uctions_sm.pdf

it tells you to remove exhaust valve servo and disconnect cables.

what is that? and do you reinstall it?

also do you need the FI light fix? i guess the FI light stays on when you install 2 bros exhaust!?! is this true?

 

well I was thinking about getting the same exhaust.....you got the slip-on right....how much did you pay for it.....the dealership and the people I talk too say that any time you get a performace exhaust you should remapp the fuel system by getting the power link ecu to balance the air/fuel ratio...tell me how it preforms

 

I recently purchased and installed the akropovic exhuast for my bike and i was told only to disconect the exahust valve and leave the servo conected, becuase you will get a fault if you disconnect the servo, so dont disconect the servo the exahst valve does not need reinstallation after the aftermarket exahust is on, Rempaing fuel map is only needed if you install headers and exuahst if its a slip on there is no need for remaping

 

HEY, 209NINJA I GOT THE EXHAUST FOR $904 SHIPPED TO MY DOOR. I ALLREADY HAVE THE POWERCOMMANDER. THE TWOBROS MAP IS READY TO GO, JUST SITTING IN MY LAPTOP WAITING ON FEDEX IT IS THE SLIP ON, THATS ALL THEY OFFER FOR THE 05 636. (I THINK)
