Default straped down

I got my brackets and straps the other day !! going to the track this friday!!

here is some pix.

bracket and strap then strap over the frame...

nice. come back and tell us some times after you go friday. itll kinda give us an idea on the time a strap alone can take off a run

does the strap affect turning ability while driving on the road????? never rode one thagt was strapped

the bike stays clean with a lot of presistant cleaning.

when I straped it down I took it for a ride up the road to see how it rod.. very stiff.. and turing is not to much of a prob. but is noticeable that the straps are there..

As known, i'm a newb to street riding... so my question is what do the straps do for you and what are you strapping????

straps are usualy used on the drag strip. its used to compress the front forks so that the bike is leaning forward which helps keep that front wheel on the ground durring hard launches. which in return equates to faster 1/4 or 1/8 mile times cause you have better traction
