So I went for a ride today........
I live in Milwaukee, WI. I had to get my bike to my buddies shop so I can start to tear it down. Holy f*^k it was cold. It has been like -35 with wind chills most of the week. The ride was about 15 miles on the highway. A big *** hunk of snow flew off a semi and hit my windscreen. i had to put my gloves in the microwave when i got to the shop. it was fun to see the people faces in the cars!
Glad somebody has gotten to ride, we are under a winter storm warning here in Indy. My bike is put up till it gets warm out, cold tire/cold pavement conditions were a factor when I high sided over a year ago. It was a warm day for november, so I dedicded to take the bike for a quick ride while running errands. Going around a low speed 90 degree turn, my tire spun a little and caught and over I went... If you ride when It cold out, take things easier and a little slower...
