She's Alive!!!
Her name is Jade. She is committed, original, faithful, powerful, exciting, happy, zealous, loved, and always have gas. She was made in 2002
, but born in 2003 and came out Kawasaki green. She is 599cc strong with no additional tweaks; she only arrived at one in every 200 dealerships across this nation (that's right, limited). She is one of a very few and prideful 2003 Kawasaki ZX-6RR and all paid for.
I left her in Newport News, VA when I had to deploy to Iraq; the caring thing to do is to prep her up before departure, right? No, not this one. I left her in my insect infested mother in-law's back yard (because I have no garage, and couldn't afford anymore storage space) alone but some what protected with a motorcycle cover, and her battery still connected. Let me say that again. Battery still connected. As expected, she was dead when I came home; she lit up, but didn't have enough juice to wake up and start. Her rear tire had less than five psi.
My wife and I had to move to TX, so we had to rent a 16 ft truck to hall our stuff including Jade. I had to fill her rear with air just to help me push her up on the ramp into the truck. Talk about a pucker factor pushing her up.
Anyway, we got to TX safe. Happy to say we got ourselves a garage here, so our sense of security has heightened. Remind you that I haven't heard her get turned on since I came home from Iraq; I had to slow charge her up all night to get her up to par. All I can say now, people, is SHE'S ALIVE!!!

zx6rr = 599cc
Oh and I forgot to mention that the zx6rr is race legal is the 600 class. The zx6r is not

Glad you made it back from this hell-hole in one piece. I'm suprised the boredom didn't kill you like it's threatening to do to me. I know your excitement. I can't wait until I can get home and ride. I took the battery out, added fuel stabilizer, and did everything I could to prep mine before I had to come back over here. Keep the wheels down! (at least one of them)
