ok so i have seen this key a few times and mostly in kawi copyrighted pics from themanufacture but i want this key, did it come on anyones bike stock (so i can go to the dealership and order an oem key for that bike) or was it juts something that was made for the prototype zx636? anyone know where to find one please help, i have looked all over ebay for a good 6 mothns now and cant find anything close, thanks for the help guys

That's the European version. Notice the speedometer is in Km/hr...

 

nice catch!!! so can i just go to the dealership and ask for a european red key? or is there something special about it? do our keys have a code in them like the new cars so that you can only have coded keys?

 

That Red key has the immobilizer transmitter built in for the Euro models. Won't do you any good except look different.

 

and cost you a bit more then the normal key blank

 

i dont mind if it costs alittle more, and i dont need it except to be different so do you guys think i can just go order one from local dealer or do i have to get ahold of someone overseas?

ok kawi is jerkin me around when i call them saying no us bike came with the immobilizer so i would have to have a european bike in order to get that key blank. my local dealer is working on trying to get one but in the mean time are there any european riders in this forum who could call thier dealer or give me the nuber to their dealer so i can call. i couldent find any eupoe dealers through the kawi website. please and thanks
