i was looking at the pic from race rails i posted and i could powder coat half the bar green and the other half black like the frame and that would be pimp and uber camoflauged offering greater protection then just sliders alone.

See what you started BN? Like what your getting at evil. I'm thinking on mine all black to match the lower fairing, but I'm wondering if the gap from cutting the slider would be noticable.

i was just going to make the hole on the race rail bigger put it over the bolt and put that bolt back on. cause i was wondering what other bolt would go in there the one they give you is to smaill so i dont understand

I figure if the hole is noticeable just make a thin rubber gasket to fit over the mount. Noboby would know unless they had eagle eye. I did a most excellent job cutting (except for a wee little black mark on the paint)....becase it frickin' took long enough! Must of put that fairing on an off atleast 8 times.
