What are bike sliders? My dad just called me and said he had them put on the bike when he went to pick it up. What do they look like?

I think he meant frame sliders - I don't know what they look like but you should be able to do a search on the web to find out.

This might help http://www.racersden.com/parts/int/b...me-sliders.php

Frame sliders are about four to maybe five inches long. They will work wonders if you drop the bike. They pretty much save your plastic and mirrors. Many different colors. Take it easy! Ntence!!!!!

yeh they are frame sliders...depending upon the year model of the bike you might have to get a hole drilled through the plastic on the left side of your fender where the motor mount bolt is....all the way up to an '04 you didnt have to...the new '05's you have to drill....sux..

They install where the upper motor mount bolts are. The left side has a adapter that makes it a no drill setup. I will take some pics with it already installed. Here's the set that I bought for the 2005 636. Sliders
