Default photoshop help

hi is there someone that really knows photoshop and it's willing to help me ?

I was wondering if could someone " paint" my bike like this : All the fairings blue as it is now , and the wheels gray as the frame , or in another instance the fairings babyblue color(sky colour) and wheels dark blue as the bike has it's fairings now. I would really appreciate the help if possible , because i am going to respray it these days and i am curious what option is better....

I tried but it didn't work. I'll try again. I'm not good at this; my son is. Maybe I'll ask him.
