Wow that is hot. I would try what speed said. hopefully it's not the fan motor and just some thing simple. like a fuse or connection.

Well I did test the fan switch by giving it voltage and nothing happened so im pretty sure its the fan motor. However I think that should be covered in warranty. Ive had the bike for a month and so far has been nothin but trouble! Almost considering selling it, just afraid I wont make my money back.

Try hooking up the battery wires directly to the fan motor instaed of the switch.

if the fan works after hooking up up strat to the batter then it's the switch and that will need to be changed out. It shouldn't be that much to fix ifit is. Or just take it to the dealer and let them fix it for you.

It ended up being a fuse, i figured i would check all the fuses in the box and one was no good. Thanks for the help.

Glad you found the problem .Always check the fuses first when you have a problem of this nature , it might save some headache and hassle .

Plus it's the easiest. I thought you checked that first already. Always start with the simplest first.

if the fuse pops again then you might have a problem. make sure you carry spares with you in the spare slot.
