Look in the Cycletrader. If you buy one out of your state, ou don't have to pay the taxes but will pay it when you register it in your state. I have seen some really Great out of state dealsin the Cycletrader. You can also find some New ones on ebay and if it's out of yourstate, no tax.

you will have to pay taxes where ever you get it registered. also when i go to purchase items i try to get as much info on that item and the competition. get a price qoute from another dealership in the area and compare. call dealerships, send e-mails, but make sure you know your items info. it always helps to research. my dad bought a brand new $45,000 dollar truck for around $26,000. poor salesman didnt even see them coming. Anyway good luck and let us know what happens.

why not buy a used 06 with low miles and take the money you save and buy gear(leathers, helmet, riding boots, twist of the wrist 1 and 2)?

I dint know about the '08s yet, but they should be here soon. I said
If there is not a big difference between the ‘07 and ‘08s I would get the ‘07 because you could probably pick one up cheaper. Dealers will mark them down to make room for the ‘08s

so basicaly IF you can wait for the '08s to come out, you could get a better deal on the '07s
