Oil leak from pulsator plate
Ok well i have ordered the bolt and another gasket. The gasket was only $3 and the bolt was $2 and i had to have at least a $5 order. So i drain the oil and remove the cover and make sure everything is smooth and replace it with the new gasket and bolt and see what happens. Does anyone know by chance what the TQ should be on thoughs bolts????? I am not sure where to look that up at???? thanks again guys.
Also the oil leak is not near the missing bolt since it is on the top of the cover and the leak is on the bottom, but it might run down and just look like it is at the bottom. I guess i will find out...

I am still trying to figure out which cover you are talking about. I have never heard of a "pulsator plate" on a fuel injected vehicle. I do remember people referring to the plate that the points and condensors were mounted to on old engines as the pulsator plate but that is old technology.
I now assume you are talking about the water pump cover. The following link is from the service manual and shows the water pump cover and removal/installation with the torque specs. Is this the cover you are talking about?

He's talking about the IC Ignitor pick-up (pulse generator)cover on the RH fwd side; the small flat looking one. RH Crankshaft cover.
