I'm with Speed. Just replace the wires. The only thing I can come up with on the flashing fuel light is it's probably an intermittent short coming from the reserve, which would cause it to blink, but I couldn't be sure unless I put my meter on it.

 

I havnt had a lot of time last couple days, but I will tomarow. I think I may still be having a problem wuth the ground wire that I replaced. If I cant figure it out in the next few days I will probably take it to the dealership. I just hope I can come up with an answer.
