Sup guys , Just picked up this bike the other day and Im pretty excited to get started on it . Gonna need a new set of plastics , mirrors , and a windscreen ...all in all not too bad for the 1500.00 pricetag and the fact that it only has a bit over 6k miles on it . Just got a few questions about the above parts I will be needing for this bike , Are there any good places outside of ebay to get new or used plastics and parts ? Also what are my year options for plastics on this bike ? I thought it was 98-01 but im not 100% sure . Thanks in advance for the help and I'll keep ya posted with new pics as i go along .

You are right abou the 98-01, but you could also get new plastic for 2005-2007 zzr 600 and it is the same.Coolproject, and that looks like a good price for that bike.

 

thats a hell of a deal on that man! what happend to the front end? ive got the 02 model.i love the bike. i just installed my undertail a few weeks ago.

 

Ya the front end got screwed up when the bike got dropped by the previous owner ....Got into a low speed crash in his neighborhood , Which made me a bit uneasy about picking the bike up , But after taking it for a ride and giving the motor a good inspect I had to pick it up. I just found some new plastics on ebay though , think im gonna order them on Tuesday or so. Now I just gotta decide what color im going to paint em ^^

thanks. at first the color didnt appeal to me but after owning it i started to like it and ive gotten a few comments about it too.
