Default mounting rear tails for yosh pipe?

well my yosh pipe comes in for my 06 636 tommorow (rs-5)

I was thinking about getting the intergrated tail.

Besides that idea...were do you guys mount ur rear tails? I removed my rear foot pegs and used those holes and ziptied my plate on there lol.

So any ideas?

I used the holes from my passenger pegs for my rear turn signals and mounted my license plate on the swingarm. you are gonna love the exhaust...it looks great and sounds awesome.

how did u extend the lines from the lights?

Cause when i looked at the stock turn signals and took the rear off my bike they were plugged into a harness?

How would i make that work?

Well, i have the clear alternative taillight integrator kit, which the signal wires are on the brake light fixture.....so i cut a nice sized section of the turnsignal wires off of the stock signals, spliced the cut stock wires and the new wires together, and plugged teh connector in. Pretty simple/easy. I think there are also stores where you can buy wires with the stock connectors on them, so you dont have to cut and stuff. I'm pretty sure www.lockhartphillipsusa.com has those. Check em out.

I cut the wire harness 3 inches from the plug on the factory lights, used test light to find which one was the signal wire and soldered a couple inch section in between the plug and the new lights for length.

clear alternatives taillight, pretty simple with instructions and lose the tie straps, an easy way for your plate is a small L bracket where your rear peg was.
