Modification questions for older 95 6r
I have a few questions about my 95 6r.
1.Would it be possible to do a front and rear swap to a newer model?
2. Would I have to make any adjustments to the swingarm to go to a 200 size tire? (not quite ready for a 240)
3.I would like to purchase new wheels but havent seen anything for this year. Anyway around this?
4. Would it be worth it to purchase a bore kit for an extra 17-18cc's?
I know this might seem kinda pointless to some but I really like my bike, its paid and I don't feel like purchasing a new one right now.

Are the '95s nikasil lined or iron liners? A .5mm oem piston clean up overbore only can get you close to those cc's.

i also have a 95 6r -- i don't think 17cc's is worth much of anything.
only wheels i've found were chromed stockers.
need a new rear wheel before going to a 200+
basicly you are probably looking at a bunch of custom stuff.

Thanks guys. Yeah I saw a bore kit online for $500 or so but that was just for the pistons, rings, headgaskets and rings. But that doesnt include the actual porting. I guess I can just repaint my stock wheels. Maybe powdercoat them. I plan to repaint my plastics. Not sure which color or what scheme type yet.( Thinking about a Transformers theme)DO i need a wider swingarm for the 200? And thank you all for the warm welcome!
I would not run a 200 on my 10r because I am not after the looks only factor. So of course I would not recommend the 200 for a '95 6. Kinda boils down to what you want and how you want it to perform the best for you.
A fat tire will slow down & mess up you steering but if you don't mind and want the look only, it's doable. Howewver, you will have to maybe modify you swingarm for it to fit. Might not have to for a 190 or 200 series but definitely with a 240. You can try a ZX9 rear wheel & swingarm.
