Default Lowering

My friend bought an 08 Ninja 600. She is short. The dealership lowered it for her in the back but it looks like the front must still come down. Is there a way to do this? Can I move the forks? If so, how much?

You can go up to 10mm in the front maybe a little more. How much does she weigh? If she's light, you an back off on some spring preload front & back. Make sure to lower both ends the same to retain the handling. Also be careful that you don't lose too much cornering clearance.

How much fork should be sticking out above the triple tree? I don't have access to another new 08 ninja anytime soon.

How much did they lower the back and how did they lower it? Try 10mm in the front above the triple clamps.
