Looks like I'll go with the 05 ZX-6RR
Well, I posted awhile asking opinions on which to go with, a 06 ZX-6R or and 05 ZX-6RR. It looks like I'll be going with the RR because it is about $2000 cheaper which I will put into insurance since it's so damn expensive. I'm sure I'll be happy with the RR even though it has a little less power than the 636
At least it's a a rarer bike
Anyway, I'll probably put the down payment on it in a week since I'm away right now. Then I'll be waiting for nice weather to arrive

Well have fun with the new bike and try to stay out of trouble. Ride safe and watch out for those idiots in four wheeled vehicles. The 6rr has fast excel better brakes and suspension. 6r has more ponies and a higher top speed. Looks wise they are the same. Welcome to the forum. You can find a lot of stuff out on this baby. I have and don't forget to post pics when you get the new ride....

Thanks. I can't wait. I've been really into cars over the years and have worked on them a lot. Even worked for a tuning company reprogramming ecu's. My knowledge isn't great for bikes but I look forward to learning.

First thing to do is clean uo the a$$ endand the front blinkers then exhaust and PCIII. That should keep you happy for a while. Is it brand new or used? Which ever it looks clean as hell.
It's got 1600kms (not miles) on it. It was owned by a local guy who is a regular at the shop.
Yeah, I've been looking into cleaning up the rear end. The $3 method looks simple enough.
