Well to answer the question regarding the power output, it is clear that even the stock setup suffered that too. what the extra flow of exhaust gases did is slightly increase power delivery to the rear tire Earlier than the stock setup. the real gain is from 7 and up where the engine's true potential is clearly shown. mind you the tuning will surely do a big difference at lower revs, let alone in the mid/top end.
