i dont know if this is the same for bikes but when i changed my stock air filter to a k&n cold air , i had to reset the computer by unplugging the battery for a few minutes. this way the computer starts all its adjustments fresh. again...not sure if bikes computer learns like a car.

 

Bikes don't have MAF sensors yet so they don't relearn like cars. All they have are IAT & MAP sensors for the intake air.
