I think that is the main complaint with the bikes since 2003 is the Tach. Everything else is great on these 636's! I think the guys who owned 636 will complain about the low & midrange power of the new 07ZX6R's. I'd rather have a crappy tach than low on bottom & midrange power any day.

i dont know what the bid deal is. maybe its because this is my first bike but i have no problems with the digi tach. works fine for me no problems reading it at all.alot of people hate it tho i guess its all a matter of personal preference

 

I LOVE my 636. Sometimes... Late at night, I'll go outside, and... I can't what I do to it. It mat me against the law

i think the only time i look down now is when i see a cop...then i do some math and try and figure what 15% of 100mph is...
then i try and figure out how much a ticket might cost if he decides to pull me over.

 

Mine's only 10% off according to those free standing trailers with a radar attached to it. Easier math
