She got a careless driving ticket, I think the cop felt bad for her, I spoke with a deputy friend of mine, he said she should have gotten a reckless driving, and failure to use due caution (,or something like that, I can't recall). ***The damage is as follows: 1 scratched stator cover, 1 broken rear set, 2 scratched lower fairings, 1 scratched rear fairing, 1 scratched bar end, 1 rear tire, 1 shift arm, 1 left peg, and 1 Shoei RF1000 helmet. For a grand total of... Drum roll please. $1682.41. All to be paid for by Geico. Along with anything else that comes up.

Great to hear you're okay and sorry to hear about your bike, but that can be fixed like new. Anytime you can walk away from anAuto/ bike accident, it's good!Glad you had on safety equipment! Make sure to go and see a doctor and get checked out just in case. Sometimes more pain comes from injuries after the soreness goes away.

Have the insurance replace everything with brand new stuff; even your helmet, gloves, boots, jacket etc. If the bikes totalled, offer to buy it back and resell it or part it out and get a new one; 07 ZX6R although the 636's are awesome!
