I requested an on-line quote with a trade in for a 06 Ninja 500R w/ 850 miles
One dealership quoted I'd get $3500 but didn't give me an OTD price for a ZX6.
The other said I'd get $3000 and that the ZX6 would be $8699 and OTD would be $6148 with the
trade-in.

Yeah, they don't give you jack on trading your's in. You'd be better off selling yours on ebay or Cycle Trader and then buying a new one from the money you get. You'll get about twice what the dealer will offer on selling it yourself.
