Default Fairings 2002/03 on a 01?

Is it possible to fit the 02/03 fairings on a 01 ZX6R?

[sm=welcomesign.gif] to the forums! the 02 fairings should be the same but the 03/04 may not fit.

Thats wierd because on ebay they list a set of 02/03 fairings well at least it says it fits 02/03, so if 02 fits an 01 then the 03 should?

Someone probably made a typo somewhere... There was a major redesign from 02 to 03, and a lot changed. I've got an 05 ZZR600, and it's pretty much the same as the 00-02 ZX6R, with a few small differences (i.e. the fairing stays up front don't stick out like they did on the 02), but otherwise it's the same bike.

if you go to Kawasaki's site and look up the parts diagram for these two bike years, you will see the diference in fairing styles.
