Copper, aluminum, steel, paper clip or whatever that will conduct electricity well.

No, 03-04's were not restricted for EPA sound, so you can't do it on them.

Thought so. My 03 pulls 107hp with stock exhaust and without PCIII. Was running rich, so I guess the BMC filter was dirty.
