Dyno ran my 636
On the dyno Cycle World used the 05 636 put down 108.3 rear wheel hp with the factory claiming 113 to the crank which makes sense. Different dynos give you different numbers depending on the SAE corrections, temp, humidity, type (brake roller, Land & Sea, Dyno-Jet, Mustang, etc...)
The best way to optimize a dyno is to get a baseline and use the same dyno for all upgrades after that. That way you can see the difference between mods. Just going from a DynoJet to a L&S dyno will give you a 10% increase in numbers.
Dyno-Jets like the one you were on are known to read low, so your numbers sound right. If you want an ego booster go to a Land & Sea dyno and you will probrably put down 120 rear wheel hp.

Well I did get 2 more hp from the custom map. PLus it acelarates a hell of alot better. The map has made the accel. much smoother. It was done on a Dynojet. I can't complain still 8 more hp than my budies CBR600RR. He has the same mods. The only thing diff is that he has a Two Bros slip on in stead of a Scorpion. Thanks for the info I will have to see about fining a place with a L&S Dyno. Every place I called had a Dynojet.
