Default Dire need of help

Ok new to the forums but from what I have seen this is the place to be for Kawi lovers. Here is what happened My buddy and I switched bikes one night mine was a 07 zx6r well what ended up going on is he lost it and fliped going about 60 mph... Now my insurance wont cover it because I wasnt driving(didnt know this before hand) and he had lied to me and didnt have insurance. I have been looking online every where for used parts or salvage but but I cant seem to find what I need. I have to replace all the plastics, tank, both rims, front forks, and radiator. I am by no means a wealthy person and this has to come out of pocket with him paying me back. Can anyone suggest a place to look for these and maybe tell me if 05-06 parts may work for me?

Thank you in advance
Mike

Dude...you are screwed.....j/k man, there are plenty of ppl out there who have wrecked their chit already, check out some salvage sites, ebay, etc. Are you sure the frame is ok after a tumble like that?

edit: if you know anyone with a trackbike ask them, they usually will sell their stock stuff.

Welcome to the forum. Sorry it isn't under better circumstaces. But as far as I know the 07 are a completely different they the 05-06. You might be able to use the rims and maybe the radiator, but I don't know for sure. Here's is the factory parts list for an 05-06. Maybe you can do a comparasene hope it helps.
