Anyway, after riding it a while, you'll prob get used to it. You could also shift by using your ears while you keep your eyes on the road...

Sup_uni wants to put an 07 tach/ gaugeson his bike. Check with him although he hasn't been able to find an 07 gauge yet. Gotta wait; the bike is still new on the Dealer floors.

on e bay a dealers parting out a 07 that was bought for the motor to go in a shifter cart or some crap, might try that and e mail them and see if they have the tach off of it. be interesting to know because im not fond of the digital crap myself.

I wish! No someone else bought it a while ago I guess. I'm not in a rush; I have a lot of other projects to keep me busy. Keep an eye out. I'm sure they will be available as soon as more 07's hit the road, or cars, or ?.
