and.......the battery is dead after a charge. put it back in the bike, ended up jumping it, it ran great, took it on a good 35 minute ride where the rpms were above 5000 the whole time, came home, shut it off, bzzzzzzzzt. nothing. put the tester on it and its bad. time to replace the acid in the battery, or the whole battery.

all thats left of the spare bike is a box of crap i got to go through, i sold the battery to the guy down the street. i found a place online that has a stock battery out of a 03 for 23 bucks but i dont want one out of a wrecked bike. ill hit up cycle parts west tomarrow and see what they have.


you really need a tank speed ? ill post the link you can check it out. i wasnt expecting to win it, seen a smashed one going for 349 bucks and this one in mint condition with the pump, cap and key going for nothing so i tried to drive the bid up and ended up with it. not a single green one on e bay, after i won, like 7 green tanks including a 07 green tank.

Get a gel battery. More reliable.
