heres one does anyone elses clutch lever rattle over 8000 rpms? if so is there a way to fix this

 

wieghte bar ends will help take some of the vibration out of your bars.

 

beat it with a B F H or get some pazzos or crg levers or shim the stockers with something, mabey a nylon washer to take up the play in the lever and perch or ride faster then the speed and rpm of lever humm. really, i dont know what to do about it.

Yeah, there's a lot of slop at the clutch lever pivot. You can shim it with a thin washer. The 03-04's are the same way. They use the same exact lever and perch for all the ZX6R/RR's.
