i could flip it but then i would have to rework the wiring for the plate lights. i tested it with a friend on it...very visable now. even had him bounce a little. looked good. it does look a little cheesy with all that metal showing...but if it helps keep the man off of me..then i will live with it.
just yesterday some retard on his bike was doing over 100mph running from the cops...a CHP motorcycle cop caught him though. why run?
now to get this thing inspected...i am almost a month past the fix it ticket date. maybe they will cuff me as i walk in the door LOL
I saw the CHP training with their BMW bikes on an episode of Superbikes and they were pretty impressive. Those guys are riders and they are very good at what they do with that Big Ole Beemer. They can lean and make tigh sharp turns with those thing that you wouldn't believe. Plus they have radios and don't forget the Red Light & Traffic Cameras that areALWAYS recording.Don't even bother trying to run. They'll be knocking on your door ecause of the Clear picture & video of your license plate. It's better for you to just pull over and be honest. Maybe they'll let you off or the worst it could be is a ticket. It's not worth risking your life or the lives of others. You'll affect many other peoples lives if you get hurt or killed. Hook up with a riding club or a trackday organization to get your high speed, knee dragging jollies were it's safer.

Cold???? I raced there (The big track) one weekend and it was snowing practice morning. The track was wet and we had slicks on. Ofcourse I was younger then. Now if it's below 60, the bike stays nice & warm in the garage. LOL.

i got the same plate, or something pretty damn close.

I was pulledby a state trooper.he didn't give me an improper display but he still gave me a ticket for wreckless and speeding 130+. maybe he just cut me a break becasue all i said was "yes sir, no sir" while in hand cuffs untill he said "i'm gonna get you for improper display of tag" and i replied "but sir, its in plain view and i even have a light on it".

Sounds like some good riding there speed. Haven't got to ride with many other bikes, a few here and there. My commute to work and most of the secondary rodes here are mostly twisties that's why I had to bust on ya :D

The only friend I ride with is always traveling to track days. ( NESBA ) He's going to Barber in March. Have you seen that track? It's sick.

Yeah, I'd like to race on Barber. That would be a blast!
