Run some DRYGAS in it for a good two full gas tanks.

That's been happening a lot lately, especially since they've introduced that Ethanol in the gas. I do Auto Diagnosis on the side and that "cutting out" problem is a common complaint with cars. It will effect the bikes more since they're more critical with the fuel amount/ Air-Fuel ratios. Try some RXP from the auto parts stores like Autozone. That stuff is awesome!!

aight, well i took her out today and she was fine from work to my house. then i took a ride down the GW parkway and she cut out within 3 miles of home. there is nothing specific about when it happens (i.e. gear, rpm, speed, temp, etc.) i did notice that the times it cut out, i was cruising on a main road (not going through a town). something with the constant rpm's maybe?

what is that rxp??

i'll take a trip to pep boys and get some drygas but i'm thinking now that it's more with the ignition.

i'd like to take it to the shop, but i can't get it there! ugh!

What you need is a covered trailer and a couple of tiedowns.

There is definitely a chance that it is ignition. Maybe a faulty coil... ?

These bikes have individual coils for each plug so it would just run rough. Try the dry gas and or RXP from pepboys. The RXP is a de-carbonizer but works great for water in the gas & cleaning injectors. It comes in a 2.5 oz little bright orange bottle.

Read the instructions on the bottle, it's usually a couple of ounces per gallon of gas. Definitely not the whole bottle, that's for a 20-30 gallon car tank. Not our small 5 gallon tanks.

Yes, listen to 05ZX6R. Probably only 0.5 oz in our tanks.

That Sucks! Good luck and yeah, let us know. I'm curious as to what's causing it.
