Just got my power commander & was curious if anyone had a map I could try while I'm waiting to get a custom one made. It's an 04 ZX-6RR w/ K&N Filter & Devil high-mount slip on. Anyone?

 

I can send you one. P.M me your email. It's a FBF modified one. You can try it although it's for a ZX6R 636. Try the different ones from the Dynojet website; you might find one you like thatworks good.

 

Sorry I have a 06 zx-6r with a scorpion slip on with a custom map. Believe me you do want the custom map. You will gain a couple more hp and the excel will be much better. E-mail dyno jet's techs and they will tell you what the best map would be to use for your ap. That should hold you over for now. Good luck AND HAPPY RIDING.

Oh believe me, I'm getting a custom one made soon. I'm the General Manager @ a mustang performance shop & can testify that there are LOTS of people spending LOTS of money on their cars, only to cheap out and get a mail order tune and not get the full performance out of their engines, but from all I've read the bikes seem to do ok w/ a generic map until they can get tuned right, so I thought I'd give it a shot.

 

Ya you should be ok with the generic map. I had noticed a difference in my throttle response and excel when I had my custom map done. It is worth the extra $150 that I spent.
