Just wondering if anyone went out this weekend. The temp here was a cool 80 and blue skies all day. I went out at around 2 and came back around 7. It was a great ride. The 05 636 really responds great in the high rpm's. WOW I put on about 170 miles today. This bike is hell of a lot more fun to ride after it is broke in.

Remo is right about the power wheelies and the light front end. "CAN YOU SAY GPR STEERING DAMPER" But pulling out hard in first is a blast at 14k. WOW

Oh by the way i met up with some dude on a 02 cbr 929 and my kaw kept up with it with out a problem on the back roads. He lost me on the highway at about 120. (thats to fast for me)

 

No trips for me [:@] work on sat/sun then bbq at my house on monday.

I had my 04 up to 130 just so i could say i did it. Now its all about enjoying the bike for me. I love the curves This bike i plan to take to my local track about twice a season for open track day for bikes. Then i will push it pretty hard. Other than that its just my "slow little" street bike.

 

175 indicated before I let off, and it was still pulling too. but true speed is probably only around 160....
