alright guys help me out. is there ANYWHERE i can get an akrapovic slip on for cheaper than 500 bucks? ive been glued to ebay looking for something. the cheapest ive seen so far brand new is about 520.

does anyone have one or want to sell one? or know someone who is selling one?

 

under 500 is prolly going to be used. what is 20 bucks when you are getting a new one?

 

JUst keep an eye out, got an Akra full Evo system for 550.00 just about brand new without one dent on e-bay. Hold out for a full exhaust you'll be happy you did. Those deals will fall on your lap when you least expect it.

 

yea i have a feeling im just going to have to hold out until i see a good deal.

i didn meant literally 499. if its within 100 dollas to an new one ill just get a new one. i would take a used one in heartbeat. ive seen a couple on ebay as low as 300 before. just seems like al ot of money for a bike muffler. but im pretty much set on it.

 

I was in the same position as you were seximexi... i just waited it out though and within 3 weeks of keeping an eye out i picked up a used akrapovic carbon fiber slip on with new packing for 150... only problem with it was that after he replaced the packing, his rivet gun wasn't strong enough so he couldn't get the rivets in all the way... i just took out the old rivets and put in new ones with the appropriate gun and within a hour i was on my way

 

thats what im doing. day 7 of the patient waiting. been checking ebay and craigslist every other day.
