Where does the choke mount or hook up near the handle bars i bought a bike without the fairing and the choke cable is just hangin there thanks

if tis the same as my 95 6r (the diagrams look the same) then the choke lever is on the left hand control by the turn signals etc.

All chokes that I can recall are on the left bar controls.
