I found a muzzy with a titanium cap chrome in color for $260. I was lucky as hell and probably pissed off alot of guys when I stole that away from him on ebay.

I did this to my 05 636. Took the stock heatshield of the muffler and the exhaust valve and reinstalled it when I put the Yosh Slip-On on. I had to cut & modify the muffler heatshield a bit but it looks good and will keep some eat awat from the passengers butt. The exhaust valve heatshield fit right on between the subframe & plastic heatshield trim. The muffler heatshield is made of aluminum so it's easy to cut. Here are a couple of pictures.

Here's a couple of more. I left an airgap for some airflow to help cool better.

And another couple: One problem I had with the yosh was that it was lower on the LH side so I had to elongate the LH mount/ muffler clamp bolt hole to get it level. I have notived this on some other 05-06 636's with the Yosh RS-5's on them. Sounds & looks great BTW!

On the clear alternatives tail light, how does it fit with the tail section? I have a gap in mine and cant get it to snug up with the tail section. Any tips to help with this? looks like its going to fall off. Took the tail section off and looked at how the tail light is mounted to it. Its a poor design with those two small tabs that are suppose to hold the tail light up against the tail section.

Hi-Jacket thread!!!!!!

I want to see a 08-09 tail on a 636. Considering that is the only thing I like about the new ones.
