I think SpeedRacer nailed it. Doesn't make sense to support a 599 and a 636, but damn, glad I got the 636 while it lasted. Oh yeah, that tail light's a turd (IMHO).

 

I like the gauge, gear indicator, exhaust, one piece tank, solid color body, exhaust, black on the rearsets.

I dislike the headlights, ram air, brake light, large exhaust shield, and the absense of the 636.

 

Yeah, that taillight would be the first thing to go! i would put LED's across the back edge of the tailcowl for brakelights & turn signals; kind of like the 3rd brake light of cars. A thin strip of LED's.

 

i agree led's on the top would be the only way to go, what im looking forward to is stealing one of those gauge clusters and maiting it to my 636 that would look the ****

I know some of you don't like the MotoGP side exhaust, but I was hoping/ expecting to see them on the new Supersport bikes because of the reduction of weight, freer flow and lower center of gravity. I have seen some for my bike and am still thinking of doing it to my 03.

 

I think the pipe looks good. I especially like the tail. Except for that stupid tail light. My worry is the bike is week.

 

I doubt it. More technology and they have to beat yamaha's R6 on the track & street. The ZX6RR was close. This one will be great because it's not so track focussed and will be comfortable to ride on the street also. Kawasaki always comes out with the most Horsepower!

 

sounds like this kawi's engine is gonna be a screamer, just like the r6, i cant wait to see it, and ride it..

 

yeah we will see what its going to be like and i hope they fix the tb problem even though i dont have that prob on my 636 i got lucky
