i ordered fairings from a cali based company and they are on their way. they come with a plate that goes underneath the headlight in the front. but im pretty sure it doesnt come with the headlight fairing stay. is this part absolutely necessary ?? help!

 

hmm, a judgement call to this. You can run the ride without the brace. I prefer to have the stay. 3 points or more of contact is my goal at maybe a buck 40 ish. lol I hate added and unnecessary surprises at speed to save a buck.

 

im deff going to buy one just it wont be in in time for the riding course i am going to provided by the military. so im just making sure i can make my headlight stay in place without it until then. is it possible?
