06 zx6r fi code 32
Hey guys im brand new to the forum and kawasaki's . i just bought a 06 zx6r with 1,800 miles on it about 2 months ago. ran GREAT. after i washed the bike my fi light came on and ran like hell. come to find out a mouse got into my bike and chewed a wire to my pressure sensor throwing a code 63 ( if i remember right) so i fixed the wire and still got the code. replaced the sensor and now i am getting a code 32?? not sure if maybe something shorted out after i washed the bike and took it for a spin or what. I have had it apart and back together trying to clear this FI code a 100 times. Finally frustrated and want to ride. the kawii dealer wont even talk to me about it with out giving them the bike they said it would cost a min of $400 just to look at it. crazy! ANY info or tips would be great!!
thanks
thanks
code 63 is the exhaust butterfly valve actuator.
code 32 is the subthrottle sensor output. Test the sensor: .2~4.8V "(If the subthrottle sensor system fails (the signal is out of the usable range, wiring short or open), the actuator locks subthrottle valve at full open position." pg 3-43 fsm
