Well me and a buddy were talking a couple nights ago...and were gonna try something and I want your input on it. Were gonna do a short, high mount side exhaust....and when I say short I mean like 14 or 16 inches probably.

 

Tex, where's it gonna exit; under the tail on the RH side? Is the canister going to be 14-16"?

 

na it wouldnt be a undertail....have it come out on the side. Also looking to make a fiberglass piece for the undertail

 

I think Laser makes a pipe for the r6 that may be of use to you...

Im bidding on a pipe on ebay right now that should work. No drawings or anything yet. Im gonna send the pipe up to my buddy so he can do the fabrication for me....as he has the pipe and pipe bender. Hopefully I should have it in 2 weeks or so.

Dude dont bend it buy u-bends and weld sections... that would look real racy, and would flow better then bent tubing.

or will ya even see the tubing due to the length you want? if not then yeah just bend it

 

na my buddy is a custom car fabricator....so he is going to start from the headers back....oh and didnt win the auction...so i gotta find another pipe.
