wow dued that sux i have a mainframe and the only issue i have ever had with it is the chin vent broke and wont stay open anymore but honestly its probably from me bumping the helmet off of something other than that its been a great hel;met

 

thats news to me too. i have 3 mainframes and no issues at all with any of them.

 

huh i got the dud. the sealer between the helmet and the visor came off, the visor doesnt fit right and heeps breaking the hinges (4 pair) and the strap has been broken and replaced, normal wear and tear helmet is maybe 4 months old

MY mainframe was crap as well I returned it to the place I bought it from. Icon helmets have a 1 year warranty on them. Icon was the ones who told me this info. My rubber seal around the base of the helmet kept falling off. At 140 that thing was slapping the crap out of my neck and shoulder. Went back to KBC.

 

did you try taking it back to the place you bought it from ?
