05 10r front fit 06 6rr?

Default 05 10r front fit 06 6rr?

hello all,

I have a 2006 6rr n the front wheel is bent (tried to fix it but cracked during progress). anyone know if 10r wheel will fit?

You can still have it repaired. I DO NOT believe that the ZX10R front wheel is the same as the ZX6R/RR front wheel. I just compared the wheels in the parts catalog and the bearing and axle sizes are different. The wheel looks the same but is a different color. Buy the Carrozzeria's. I am waiting to sell my set first also.

1. would a front wheel from a 05-06 zx6r fit the 6rr?
2. how much are those wheels you guys have just mentioned?

I have an 05 636 front rim, it is slightly bent but it can be fixed for les then $75 from what I was told. If you are interested let me know.

How are you guys bending your wheels? big pot holes? Just curious, cause I've hit a few and when I got home to inspect the wheel is fine... I couldnt imagine the force it would take to bend one.

I was thinking the same Lemac..... I hit a hug pothole in a construction zone at 60 mph a couple of weeks back and broke my lower left fairing, bottom fairing, front fender in two places, and burnt out my gauge lights.... Wheel is still straight... That has to be one heck of a whack to bend it.

wow, if you can bend stock rims, the aftermarket ones are even easier to bend. Material and fabrication process making some difference of course. Depending on the needs, aftermarket is the way to go.
