Hey guys I bought a rear cowl for my 04 zx6r from a guy on ebay and it came with just the plastic. No brackets or bolts underneath. So my question is, can the ones from the stock passegner seat be used?? or do I have to order everything from a dealer?? or am I just wrong and you put it on top of the stock seat??(wayyy out there)

 

Just take your seat off....and the cowl just snaps on!!!!!!!!!! Thats it.

 

But it has no Brackets at all underneath. It's just a plastic piece. It has nothing to snap on with.

 

the cowl should have a hooks. at the point of the cowl (goes on back end) has one bracket and along the hump of the cowl there is a long bracket that has hooks on it. you might be able to go to a dealer and get the parts.

ahhh... gotcha. So i'm missing the brackets.
Alright.. guess I'll have to buy it at a dealer.

Do you guys know a good place to buy OEM stuff online?? to maybe get this brackets?? I'm not from the US so it would be a lot easier for me.
